Members should be able to create polls and questionners and other Facebook-funkcions. Plus would be the system would have video conference possibility and instant videoblogging made by the members with a webcam.
Main (special) toll will be to evaluate each other and create sociometry by voting each other. As value added service based on measuring and publish feed-back the measered activities within the system, such as
- Top 10 people you spend your time most
- Top 10 of members you have email or chat/videochat connections
- Top10 people speding much time within the system
etc. What else you need as a feed-back and time management tool?
